G 63 AMG Twins Spotted in a Parking Lot

The latest facelift of the venerable Mercedes-Benz G-Class has brought a number of refreshments, especially interior-wise, but the biggest change has probably happened under the hood of the AMG version, with the old 5.4-liter supercharged V8 being replaced by a torquier, more powerful and somewhat more fuel efficient 5.5-liter twin turbo V8 with direct injection.
Along with the more powerful and insanely more torquey G 65 AMG, the two new versions make the G-Class the fastest ex-military vehicle in history.

Its safe-like looks have always been menacing on the road, but with the AMG bodykit it takes it a step higher, especially when painted in the right color.

One G 63 AMG owner from Dubai decided to make his car a bit less threatening and a lot more attention-grabbing at the same time, choosing a full body vinyl wrap in frosted blue. The best way to see the differences in looks is by parking it near a “regular” G 63 painted in what appears to be Iridium Silver Metallic.

Supercar spotter Patrick3331 was there to document the two very different-looking twins and we embedded his video for you guys to see. Which would you choose for a day of dune-riding and then a night of boulevard cruising, looking for someone to humiliate in a mini drag race?
