Now, the Nissan R33 Skyline GTS is no top-end GTR, that's a fact, but it's no mobility scooter either. So that's why I kind of raised an eyebrow when I got to see a 3-wheeler pitted against such a car.
Heavily modified as it may be, it's still a scooter, whereas the Nissan brings in massive power and infinitely better stability, plus so much more traction from the larger contact patch of the tires.
The Nissan has the better start but them something really wicked is happening and the scooter simply zooms by the full-throttle GTS-T and making everything look almost silly.
Given the architecture of the scooter, high-speed turning is obviously a major problem, but the next straight line also sees the Nissan leading, at least for a while. Then it's history repeating, the scooter flying by as if the car was parked, or something like this.
Note: There car was ID'd by one of the guys here who seems to know his way around racing, but in case he's wrong, don't go throwing stones, or we'll chase you down with this scooter. And you know we will get you!
