Funny Animated Recap of the Silverstone MotoGP by Pramac

Pramac Racing has uploaded a very funny animated short movie that tells the story of the recent Silverstone MotoGP race. If anything, the characters DO remind us about the almighty Worms warriors, and their voices really hark back to the first iteration of the video game.

Anyway, we can only hope that someone picks the idea and delivers such animation episodes for more races from now on. It's really neat to see a completely crazy MotoGP race like the one at Silverstone presented in such a way, even though we believe that Jorge Lorenzo will only "smile for the camera" as he remembers that specific Sunday.

In fact, the creators of this episode show the Movistar Yamaha rider arriving at the finish line with a foggy visor and a bubble that read "Thanks, HJC". In case you didn't see the Silverstone race, we tell you that Lorenzo fought to finish in the fourth position as his vision was impaired by the foggy face shield of his HJC helmet. Follow the link for a more detailed story on Jorge Lorenzo's helmet issue.

As for the fact that Pramac were the ones to come up with this funny short, things are easy to understand. Octo Pramac Ducati's Danilo Petrucci finished the Silverstone race second, stepping on the podium for the first time in his MotoGP career, and becoming the rider to end a premier class race in the highest position for the Ducati satellite team.

It's hard to tell when and if Pramac will once more be able to reach this performance level, but one thing is sure: we'd love to see more such MotoGP animated shorts!
