We’ve seen a green concept this year, a little teaser, and yesterday we brought you official photos from the manufacturer showing the the XV crossover from Subaru. We’re still a bit disappointing with the BRZ, but getting up close and personal with the soft-roader in orange has made up for this.
The interior is a bit boring, a bit dry... a bit Subaru, but having your crossover painted in metallic orange will make up for this. In addition, the wheels looked rough and ready, a refreshing fact in the era of streamlining.
The car in Frankfurt has the 2.0-liter boxer diesel that’s obviously the best in the range, with 147 horsepower propelling the car to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 9.3 seconds and on to a top speed of 98 km/h (123mph), while also returning a combined consumption of 5.6 liters per 100 km (42mpg).
