James Lucas Condon, aka TheStradman’s life, reads like a stock market sheet. There have been a lot of ups and downs. He started his YouTube career living in his Audi and is currently living in a warehouse full of supercars. To be specific, his favorite couch is between a Bugatti Veyron, Jeep Gladiator, and a Lamborghini Aventador Roadster. Well, he might not have a legal house to move in yet – but he’s just added four more supercars to his fleet.
TheStradman has been building his dream house for the last three years. He hoped to move in, but it didn’t pass the first city inspection. His lease on his rental had also expired, meaning he was officially homeless.

Fortunately, he had a warehouse secured for his fleet of supercars. It now doubles as his official residence until the city gives him the green light to move into his new house.

TheStradman might be homeless for now, but that didn't stop him from adding a few more supercars to his already inflated fleet.

This V12 Lamborghini that I bought, it is so rare. It is a true one-of-one that I knew if I didn’t buy it, I would never have the opportunity to buy it ever again. It’s also like a third of the price of the Urus,” TheStradman said.

He tells he recently sold three supercars. His Ferrari Lusso and Porsche 911 Safari paid for his dream house. He used the money from the third car, a Lamborghini Urus, to buy the mystery, V12-powered Lamborghini. It’s paid for and will arrive in three weeks.

About six months ago, I put a $10,000 deposit on this car. It is the new off-road Lamborghini. I have preordered the Lamborghini Huracan Sterrato,” TheStradman revealed.

The second car he’s getting is a preordered Chevrolet Corvette C8 Z06 arriving at the end of October. Unfortunately, that means selling his Rapid-blue wide-body C8 Corvette.

He also preordered a Lamborghini Aventador successor and put down a $20,000 deposit in January. It’ll hopefully be announced by the manufacturer in March 2023 at the Geneva Autoshow, meaning he will likely get it in early 2024.
