Hey there pickup truck enthusiasts, we’re back with a piece of hardcore news from Ford, who has just unveiled its 2014 F-150 SVT Raptor Special Edition model.
Designed to “answer customer calls for more exclusivity”, the Special Edition Raptor only adds a cosmetic upgrade to Ford’s already successful high-performance pickup. This means the truck can now be ordered in Ruby Red Metallic and Tuxedo Black Metallic exterior paints, both with box-side graphics, while the interior comes with Brick Red seat bolsters, cloth honeycomb highlights, console top finish panel and center stack and door panel accents.
"Raptor owners are looking for a high-performing, uncompromising off-road pickup truck with the features and luxuries found in today's premium trucks," said Doug Scott, Ford truck group marketing manager. "Since its launch in 2009, we've continually moved Raptor forward in capability and design, and the 2014 Special Edition is the best Raptor yet."
