Ford’s U.S. division has announced the pricing for the 2012 Focus, a model range that is scheduled to enter the market early next year.
The entry-level model of the Focus line-up is the S sedan, which has a starting price of $16,270, which doesn’t include the $725 destination fee. The four-door SE version starts at $17,270, while the SEL variant, which offers features such as 16-inch alloy rims and SYNC, can be yours starting from a price of $20,270. The top of the range Titanium trim level has a starting price of $22,270 and offers premium features such as a high-end sound system that is aimed at offering a top audio experience and 17-inch lightweight alloy rims.
As for the hatchback incarnation of the Focus, this starts at $18,065, for the SE model. It is followed by the SEL version, which retails for a starting price of $21,065 and the Titanium grade, which can be yours starting from $22,765.
We'll remind you that the new Focus is a global product that will only come with little differences for the European and U.S. markets.
“The new Focus truly represents the best of Ford Motor Company, and we are excited that the first vehicles will be in customers' hands very soon," said Derrick Kuzak, Ford's group vice president of Product Development.
"The investment in our new C-car platform has enabled us to provide global consumers with an affordable product which offers quality, fuel efficiency, safety and technology beyond their expectations," the executive explained.
