If you’re looking to enhance your fifth-generation Mustang’s braking power, then you might want to know that Ford Racing Performance Parts has just introduced a six piston 15-inch brake upgrade kit.
Already available on the 2013-2014 Shelby GT500, the package comes with front 15-inch Brembo vented rotors with 6-piston aluminum calipers, finished in gloss black, and rear 13.8-inch Brembo vented rotors with single-piston calipers. In addition, Ford Racing Performance Parts is also offering front brake hoses, front and rear brake pads, front tie-rod heat shields and the necessary installation hardware.
Priced at $2,695, the 15-inch brake upgrade kit requires Ford Racing wheels and it’s designed for track-use only. The new package fits the 2005-2014 Ford Mustang GT and the 2012-2013 Mustang Boss 302. The kit is available as we speak at Ford Racing Parts.
