The Ford C-Max Hybrid is currently one of the top picks for US buyers who want a good hybrid vehicle that is not boring to drive, looks OK and is genuinely good on fuel.
The American consumer knows this, and the C-Max Hybrid has become the fastest-selling hybrid ever after its launch. The car has already shifted an impressive 8,030 units in the first two months since it went on sale - October and November.

It even beat the highly-appreciated Toyota Camry Hybrid, which only managed to sell some 7,300 units in its first two months, at its debut back in 2006.

With sales rising 52% in November, up to 4,848 units shifted, the future seems genuinely bright for Ford’s family-oriented hybrid MPV. With the introduction of the upcoming plug-in variant, called Energi, its appeal will be even greater.

Furthermore, the C-Max is selling some three times faster than the combined total sales of the Toyota Prius and the Honda Insight, at the two cars’ launch, back in 2009.
