Ford’s B-Max has gathered quite a lot of interest so far and it is now time to see how the compact MPV fared in the Euro NCAP crash test. The B-Max received a five-star safety rating, with a 92 percent score for adult occupant protection, 84 percent for child occupant, 67 percent for pedestrian protection and 71 percent safety assist rating.
In the frontal impact test, the B-Max offered a good level of protection form all points of view and the same is true for the side impact test, where the vehicle received the maximum number of points.

However, in the more severed side impact test, the B-Max, offered marginal protection for the driver’s chest. In terms of protection for child occupants, the car scored maximum points, offering a good level of protection and coming with all the necessary labels for the driver.
