For Sale: Real Estates With Sports Cars Included

If you have $13,9 million just lying around somewhere and can’t decide what to do with it, we come to ease your choice by telling you about a deal that Shawn Elliott Luxury Homes & Estates is offering: a Nissequogue, New York, estate that comes with a Maserati Quattroporte.

As luxist.com reported, Yucel Edebali, the seller, is offering his 14.5-acre gated estate that overlooks the Long Island Sound, with a $130,000 Maserati included. Edebali is a real estate developer and president of Crest Contracting Inc.

The house was built in 2008 and it features a living room, a dining room, a family room, a Home Theater, 6 bedrooms, a Master Suite 6 baths, 1 half bath, a 3-car garage, an indoor and an outdoor swimming pool, as well as a tennis court. The agency says annual property taxes are about $61,000.

The Quattroporte has a 4.2-liter V8 engine but, compared to the other Maserati models which share the same engine, it can develop a total power of 400 hp. Moreover, thanks to its lower weight, the car can reach a top speed of 171 mph combined with a 0 to 100 km/h acceleration in 5.2 seconds.

“It’s for someone who wants a retreat, away from any hustle and bustle … It is set away from everything, with a lot of acreage around it,” Barbara Tomko of Shawn Elliott Luxury Homes & Estates, who is co-listing the property with Sharyn Hyman, says.

Shawn Elliott Luxury Homes & Estates has another similar deal like the one mentioned above for those with slightly smaller bank accounts. This property is very similar to the first one, only that it doesn’t have a swimming pool and it was built in 2005.

This time, for $9,995,000, the Kings Point estate’s buyer will get a Ferrari 430 Spider and a Maserati Grand Turismo.

This Maserati has a V8 engine, which is the same 4.3 liter V8 from the Coupe/GranSport models, only that it's been tweaked to achieve 405 horsepower. As for the F430 Spider, the 4.3-liter V8 engine develops around 490 horsepower and can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in no less than 4.1 seconds, with maximum speed rated at 193 mph (311 km/h).

So, estate plus Maserati equals $13.9 million, and estate plus Maserati plus Ferrari equals $9,995,000.
