Take Floyd Mayweather who’s car collection is that expensive he needs to clearly explain his fans how much each is worth.
In case you missed the prosperity moment, when the highest paid sportsman in the world posted an image of his car fleet on Instagram a couple of days ago, we’ll remind you his gesture simply broke the internet. And there’s nothing sexual about the picture like Kim Kardashian’s behind was, back in December. No, Floyd Mayweather is bound to keep his name alive, that of the biggest materialist in the world. Well, maybe not the biggest one in the game, but he sure is among those eccentric people.
When the boxer first uploaded the picture with his car collection all posing next to his private jet we blindly guessed it’s worth around $6 million. But it would seem that wasn’t quite right since Mayweather felt the need to tell everybody that only three of his cars are worth more than that.
“$6,200,000 million dollars spent for just 3 cars that don't depreciate, only appreciate 1. Bugatti Grand Sport Chassis 088 Matte White 1 of 1 in the USA. $3,000,000 million dollars 2. Bugatti Veyron Chassis 116 White Over Soft Silver USA. $1,600,000 million dollars 3. Bugatti Veyron Chassis 101 Black Metallic/Red Metallic USA $1,600,000 million dollars” was Floyd’s description to a picture he just posted.
Since it felt like there’s something going on with this sudden line-up, we figured it was time to dig deeper and see what’s really going on. We stumbled upon a couple of short clips showing that there are even more cars parked next to the plane, two Rolls-Royce Ghosts and one Phantom Coupe to be more precise.
Now, in our experience, when famous people show their muscles that way it’s usually because they’re starring in some sort of movie, whether it’s a video clip, a magazine story or simply commercial. So, for those of you who want to see more there should be some footage soon.
