Yet, selling RVs is not easy, so Fleetwood just honored its 2009 Top Dealers and Circle of Excellence award recipients. Just like you imagined, Fleetwood's Top Dealer awards are given to dealers who sold the most coaches in the last 12 months. Then, the Circle of Excellence goes to dealers who master superior customer satisfaction, which means at least 93.5% of their customers in the last 12 months walked out with a smile on their faces.
"We have the best dealer network in the industry," said John Draheim, president and COO of Fleetwood RV, Inc. "Our dealers are a crucial part of our success, and the Top Dealer and Circle of Excellence awards help us acknowledge their sales and customer service excellence, as well as thank them for their ongoing support."
Fleetwood's 2009 Overall Top Dealer award winners are:

- Overall Motor Home Top Dealer (single location)
- Overall American Coach Top Dealer (single location)
- Mike Thompson's RV Super Stores, Santa Fe Springs, Calif.
- Overall Motor Home Top Dealer (multi-location)
In addition to the top dealer awards, more than 20 dealers achieved the Circle of Excellence Award. From this crowd there were two who stood out for achieving this award every year since the ceremony started, back in 1991: Tom Johnson Camping Center in Marion, N.C. and Farnsworth Camping Center, Inc. in Elysburg, Pa.
