Back in autumn, at the 2013 edition of the Frankfurt Motor Show, the crazies from Brabus became responsible for quite a sizable amount of jaws hitting the floor at the hellish four and six-wheeled creations they had brought at their stand.
By far the most inappropriate – in a good way – tuning project they worked on in 2013 must be the one which involves the already nutty Mercedes-Benz G 63 AMG 6x6.
The tuning specialists from Bottrop worked their magic with the ginormous six-wheeled beast and somehow managed to make it even more insane-looking, while at the same time massaging its M157 engine to offer a much more adequate power.
By “adequate” we are talking about no less than 700 hp and 960 Nm (708 lb ft) of torque extracted out of the twin-turbocharged V8 engine, or more than enough for the gargantuan off-roader to not only scare you away but to also catch you in order to scare you again.
As it looks from the following photos, taken at the Brabus headquarters in Bottrop, the guys are mighty busy modifying no less than five more G 63 AMG 6x6 cars, so we should see more than we had hoped on the streets (and sand dunes) in the upcoming months.
