Fisker Teases Project Nina Concept: Debut in New York

Fisker Concept for New York 1 photo

Fisker Automotive is trying to pull the Jedi mind trick on us, by revealing a brand new concept car that should make us forget all about government loans or Consumer Reports’ test. This sketch is obviously a smaller, two-door car, likely the Project Nina, which is also supposed to be a range-extended electric car.
We have no technical data for the car, as it simply hasn’t been developed yet, but rumor has it the Nina will be lighter, a bit faster and also cheaper than the Karma.

If ‘Project Nina’ sounds like a secretive organization, that’s because it’s not a single car, but a whole family of vehicles to be built in the US. Rums suggest the first car will be a sedan, and an SUV will follow, but we can’t see that shape as being anything else than a two-door coupe with a shooting-brake styled hatch at the back.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
