First Tuned Lamborghini Aventador SVJ Shots Flames with Decatted Exhaust

Lamborghini has built plenty of Aventador derivatives, with the Superveloce Jota being the most hardcore of them all. Heck, this Raging Bull is the current holder of the Nurburgring production car lap record. However, there will always be owners aiming for even more fury and this is where the aftermarket side of the industry steps in.

In fact, we're here to show you the first tuned Aventador SVJ in the world. As we mentioned when we first found out about the project, this also happens to be the first Aventador SVJ to land in North America.

As you'll get to notice in the piece of footage at the bottom of the page, which documents the gym visit of the machine, the only mod fitted so far involves the exhaust. And since nobody makes mufflers for the SVJ yet, the gearheads at RDBLA, who played with the car, decided to simply remove the catalytic converters - as showcased in the clip, the SVJ gets a bespoke muffler, which is considerably smaller than the one of the Aventador SV.

Thanks to the said change, the voice of the naturally aspirated 6.5-liter V12 is depeer, while the thing spits fire for a living.

The clip also allows you to check out the 770 horsepower Sant'Agata Bolognese doing its thing in Los Angeles - you can probably hear this mid-engined toy form a mile away. Oh, and those of you keen to see the flames shouldn't fret, as these are visible regardless of the outside conditions.

Of course, proper tuning packages for the Lamborghini Aventador SVJ will land next year and we're referring to both the tech and the aero side, while lighter goodies like custom wheels and vinyl wraps will also be on the table. And we'll bring the updates to you as soon as we get our hands on them.
