It’s been a little more than a week since we’ve entered 2014, the fifth-generation Mustang’s last model year before the redesigned pony goes on sale, and the folks over at Shelby American have already made their first delivery.
Shelby’s first customer for the year just got a Shelby GT500 Super Snake fitted with the company’s full widebody package. The vehicle is finished in Race Red with black racing stripes and has at least 662 horsepower under the hood, which should make the new owner very happy.
As a reminder, the 2013-2014 Shelby GT500 Super Snake with 662 HP starts from $28,995, while the 850 HP version is priced from $41,500. Pricing does not include the base vehicle and options such as the widebody upgrade, 3:73 rear gear upgrade or Shelby/Katzkin leather interior.
