If you’re looking to drool upon a couple of classic cars at the 2014 Detroit Auto Show, then make sure you don’t miss the Ford Motor Company booth. Don’t let the aluminum 2015 Ford F-150 truck and the Triple Yellow 2015 Mustang intimidate you, the Blue Oval is also displaying some classics at the Cobo Center.
We’ve already told you about the 1962 Mustang 1 concept but you can also have a closer look at the first production pony ever built. Yes, we’re talking about a 1965 Mustang that’s wearing serial No. 00001.

Finished in the familiar Wimbledon White, the convertible pony was hauled to Detroit before being sent on a tour across the United States, as part of the Mustang’s 50th Anniversary celebration.
