Only rappers, entrepeneurs and people that were born with a silver spoon in their mouth can buy a Rolls. That's especially true if the car in question is the Wraith. Equipped with a most powerful engine these Brits have ever made and featuring an impractical coupe body, this is a power statement on wheels available only for the 0.1 percent.
There is one way in which you could experience the Wraith cheaply without stealing it, and that's looking for a second hand one. Rolls-Royce isn't rolling them out like Corollas, so you're unlikely to find the bargain of the century. So you can imagine our surprise when we saw this car was for sale at just €39'900 on a popular German online auction website.
That' about a tenth of what the Wraith costs, if not even less. With a Golf or Focus, it would take ten years of abuse to reach that level of depreciation, so what gives? Well, it's been completely wrecked, probably by its previous owner.
Nobody knows what happened, but the car is a total wreck. There a little bit of crash damage, but a huge fire devastated most of the car. The paint on the roof is completely gone, meaning the cabin flames went on for quite some time. The long aluminum hood of the Wraith is ripped apart, but that's probably the handiwork of the firefighters.
The same seller from Germany also shows a white version of the Wraith. Once again, flames have burnt it to a crisp, but the they seem to originate from the truck or fuel tank.
