Lexus and Weinstein Company have released the fifth episode from the Lexus Short Film Series, representing the final product of their collaboration.
The fifth installment of the series takes us on a trip into the future, where a natural disaster occurred and people had to live using old technology and struggle to find clean water in a dystopian society where dehumanization and totalitarian ruling thrones over poor people colonies.
The story follows young Shin, a smart little boy that takes care of his sick younger sister Myra after their father died. Shin also keeps a secret inherited from his dad and he is also secretly working on a device to purify water and save people’s live.
But then the local mafia strikes, wanting to put their hands on the technology, which triggers series of events that turns in favorable for the smart little boy which we will let you see in the short movie bellow.
