Fictional Lamborghini, AMG and Audi Minivans Are Worth a Good Laugh

Earlier this week, Toyota revealed an all-new Sienna. Purely from a design point of view, it's one of the best-looking minivans ever. However, we got to thinking that the vans they make in Japan are even better.

No, not Vans as in $350 shoes; we're talking about the Nissan Serena Nismo, the Toyota HiAce, or the Mitsubishi Delica 4x4. Each of them brings something fresh to the market.

European companies also make some interesting vans, although they don't call them that. The Mercedes-Benz V-Class is an excellent way to be picked up from the airport, while a VW California is a factory-built Camper with a two-tone paint job. Lovely!

Face swap specialist superrenderscars just shared three interesting minivans that will probably never see the light of production. And the first is an AMG version of the V-Class.

Now, we have to admit that the vehicle in the image is almost believable. Back in the Daimler-Chrysler days, the Benz boys had an Alabama-built people carrier called the R-Class that you really could buy with a thumping AMG V8 engine.

Also, right after the V-Class came out, many tuners started offering front end conversions in the AMG style. Companies like TopCar, Brabus and Larte come to mind, though we're sure you can also be a total cheapskate and order bumpers from China.

Audis are really popular in China, and so are luxury vans. Yet the closest thing to a people-mover this four-ring brand offers has always been the 3-row Q7 SUV. Not surprisingly, the Q7 is also the base for this rendering.

Finally, we have the Lamborghini minivan. It sounds epic, even though nobody would be crazy enough to buy one. Even so, the Italian company has put some crazy cars over the years.

If you'd like to go further down this rabbit hole, check out this previous set of crazy vans, which include Alfa Romeo, Porsche, and Bugatti.
