Fiat’s Viaggio, which is largely based on the Dodge Dart, has been given a proper Chinese name ahead of its September debut on the Chinese market. It will be called ''Fei Xiang'', though we have no idea what it means, yet.
The car has stirred up interest with the Chinese press and its launch is a highly anticipated affair. The car is expected to hit the market, at first, with only one engine in the form of Fiat’s 1.4 turbo MultiAir, expected to be followed by naturally aspirated units and diesels later, in 2013.

The car will compete against the VW Sagitar and the Ford Focus and it will be tough to beat on the Chinese market, however we expect the Viaggio to do well, thanks to its modern engines and very stylish body.
