Not to be confused with the China and Malaysia-born regular four-door sedan, the Euro version of the 2023 Peugeot 408 just morphed into a sleek-looking fastback that eagerly joined the crossover coupe-SUV hype.
It does so to quirkily oppose traditional compact segment offerings such as the Volkswagen Golf, Ford Focus, or Renault Megane, but also teach a new-age lesson to other five-door fastbacks like the popular Skoda Octavia or new Renault Arkana kid on the Old Continent block. But what if its dynamically flowing roofline needs a helping hand from other Stellantis cousins?

Well, at least across the virtual automotive realm, someone is way ahead of that. Meet Kleber Silva, a Brazil-based virtual artist known as KDesign AG on social media, who has digitally traveled to Europe as of late. The pixel master has first imagined the doomed Ford Focus with a little bit of fifth-generation Mondeo and Taurus flair.

Then, in rapid succession, the CGI expert gave us cool or nightmarish food for thought in the form of a prospective Volkswagen ID.3 R electric high-performance hatchback… As well as a sliding-door (G70) BMW 7 Series minivan that could scare the virtual realm like no real i7 EV limo or X7 SUV could! Now, on the other hand, the author has become extremely serious.

And he also gave Stellantis a little bit of help with their new 2023 Peugeot 408 by quickly rebadging it as potentially upcoming siblings from both Fiat and Opel. Well, the former’s Duna take on the new 408 matters might be nothing more than mere wishful thinking, but an Opel Monza revival could have enough reason to exist, at least from the historical standpoint, right?
