Late last month, the Prancing Horse dropped the Portofino, which we labeled as the California T replacement we deserve. The open-top Fezza is set to make its public debut later this week at the Frankfurt Motor Show, but, if you spend enough time on the car-related side of the YouTube realm, you'll be able to get a real-world taste of the Portofino.
Supercars spotters from across the world have been on the hunt for the 600 hp open-top Italian and all the work has paid out. Sam, the YouTuber behind the Seen Through Glass channel, has managed to get inside the Maranello mother ship, thus catching a Portofino on camera.

Thanks to the white hue of the car, we can check out all the little details of the Ferrari - pay close attention to this clip and you might find new details of the machine.

However, the bits found underneath the skin are the most important ones, with Ferrari explaining the Portofino is underpinned by an all-new aluminum chassis.

This brings benefits on at least two fronts, starting with a significant diet. And since the Italian automotive producer hasn't mentioned the exact weight reduction number, we'll skip to the next asset that sets the newcomer apart from the California (T) it replaces. We're talking about a boost in torsional rigidity, something that's always a challenge with a convertible.

Nevertheless, we don't get to see the new wind deflector, which is a key element of the car, as it reduces air flow inside the cabin by a massive 30 percent. This is just one of the interior changes, with the list also including a 10.2-inch central infotainment screen, as well as a generous passenger display.

P.S.: If you're not interested in hotel and other accommodation-related details, you can jump to the 8:01 point of the clip for the Portofino bit.
