Ferrari Mom takes 458 Italia to 200 km/h on Public Road

Oh, the supercar spotter lifestyle! Even the mothers are getting in on the action nowadays. We've been following Justin's Supercars for a numbers of years now, and it seems so does his mother, who decided to star in a supercar video as well.

This recently uploaded clip shows how Justin's mom takes to the wheel of a 458 Italia on the public roads around Maranello. Footage shows she is kind of nervous and almost hits the curb a couple of times. The guy wearing jumpers with the Italian flag on them is not her son, but a representative who's there to make sure she doesn't get lost or, we don't know…. crash.

The Ferrari-driving mother is, however, not shy about using the accelerator pedal. As the supercar pitches and judders, we notice the indicators are rarely used.

"Even though she drove some fast cars in the past this was the first time she has driven a Ferrari. I think she did quite well," the description says.

Going 200 km/h (124 mph) on a public road is no bid deal in a car that makes 570 horsepower. However, this video might catch some unwanted attention from the Italian police who might also dislike the fact that Ferrari mom is doing 120 km/h (75 mph) in a 30 km/h (19 mph) zone.

Should we be worried about her driving a supercar that fast? Not really. She's German and probably has lots of high-speed driving experience on the autobahn. However, parking a Ferrari is an entirely different thing for her.
