However, there are times when supercar fires turn into much more than just reliability questions and sadly this was the case of a 68-year old Weston resident who burned down inside his Ferrari 360 Modena on Monday.

He was driving the car when he lost control and hit a three, with the vehicle going up in flames. Bystanders rushed to help and claim to have gotten to the car in around 10 seconds after the accident, but they only managed to pull out the 58-year old passenger and rush him to the hospital, where he was saved.

Despite their efforts to put out the fire using household extinguishers, the driver burned to death, being trapped inside his fiery Ferrari.
