Ferrari FF Tuned by DMC to Produce 888 HP

If you think that the first ever all-wheel drive Ferrari, that’s also been fitted with a shooting brake body, is not going to stand up in a parking lot, than the tuning world will come to your aid, as German specialist DMC Tuning have played with the FF to produce something extreme - an 888 horsepower monster.

We have to admit that ‘FF’ is not a fitting name for a true gladiator of the high-performance world, so DMC changed it Maximus and gave it better weapons to fight with. The fighter has also gone through extensive dieting to shed 70 kilograms, as DMC has replaced a lot of exterior panels with ones made of carbon fiber. Styling changes include a new extended front bumper with additional air vents and a lip spoiler, which combine to give a more menacing look.

Maximus wants everyone to know he’s been to the gym, so the rear bumper has been restyled to incorporate a huge diffuser, giving the impression of a racecar. It all seems to tie in well together, and DMC reportedly used a 3D scanner with which the lines of the FF were digitized, a process that resulted in an excellent final product.

Fortunately, DMC didn’t stop with the cosmetics, as Maximus reportedly makes an impressive 888 horsepower, thanks to a supercharger, new exhaust system, bigger fuel injectors, a new intake system and a huge intercooler to keep everything chilled in the performance arena. The car is now capable of passing 100 km/h in 3.2 seconds before reaching its top speed of 340 km/h (211 mph).

There is no pricing information available at the moment, though all these mods should cost a pretty carbon fiber penny.
