It took Ferrari quite a lot of time to find the right conditions to give us a truly practical GT like the FF. However, since we’re extremely greedy when it comes to all things automotive, we wondered what would happen if they gave us a Prancing Horse that’s truly good for Four.
The answer comes in the form of the adjacent rendering, which shows what would happen if Ferrari Four also meant 4 doors, apart form the four-wheel drive and four-seats it already represents.
The four-door coupe market is already in the midst of a serious expansion, so there would be room for such a proposal. However, a four-door Ferrari would have to also boost its comfort factor.
The seats would probably be the first that would need an upgrade in this direction. A hyper-intelligent packaging that would offer proper space in the back and a nice luggage compartment would also help.
But these are all probably just dreams and if Ferrari is working on something FF, then it’s the FF two-seater - the patent renderings have recently leaked online.
Nevertheless, that panoramic roof is very real. This is already offered as an option on the 2013 Ferrari FF, so all that separates us from it is something north of $300,000.
