While America doesn't exactly provide a wide list of options for drivers who want to go all-out with the machines on the street (most guys simply turn to street racing, if possible in Mexico), things aren't the same in Europe, especially if we're talking about Germany.
We are, of course, talking about the infamous Autobahn, and on this occasion, the story brings us a pair of overly monstrous Ferraris.

In fact, we're talking about the two most potent vehicles occupying the Prancing Horse stable at the moment. As you might suspect by now, one of these cars is a LaFerrari. However, the action is focused on an F12 Tour De France, since this is the "camera car."

We see the F12 TDF flying low on the Autobahn, with the pumped-up Berlinetta hitting speeds that sit well above 200 mph. While the smartphone footage is not the ideal kind, it's still enough to give us a decent taste of the limited edition model's soundtrack.

As many of you know, while Maranello is only giving us 499 units of the LaF, when it comes to the F12 TDF, production is limited to 799 cars. However, when it comes to suck-squeeze-bang-blow horsepower (read: no electric ponies included), the two are astoundingly close.

With the TDF having been pushed to 769 hp (up from the F12berlinetta's 730 horses), only 20 hp separate it from the output of the LaFerrari's V12. Let's not forget the halo car's overall output sits at 950 hp, though.

When it comes to the difference that separates the two in terms of performance, we can use the 0 to 124 mph sprint as a reference: while the LaF completes this in under 7 seconds, the TDF can do the same job in 7.9 seconds.

As for the track, we can tell you the F12 TDF is able to lap Ferrari's Fiorano circuit in 1:21, which means it sits just 1.3 seconds behind its big brother. But we've talked enough numbers and it's time to let the video do its job.
