The pic, which comes from the luxury4play forums, shows us a Ferrari California abandoned in a flooded parking lot. The forum member who snapped the pic doesn't know the story behind it all and, as he works in the proximity of the parking lot, he said that he would tow that car away, but fears the fact that the owner might take legal action against him.
