Ferrari Becomes Crazy LED Machine in Tokyo, Rival Infamous LED JDM Lamborghinis

Since we’re talking about a Prancing Horse, a Ferrari 360 Modena will always remain a pearl of Maranello, even when going all the way to Tokyo. Nevertheless, the two generations and a half that have passed since the introduction of the 430’s predecessor mean the 360 is not that fast anymore. So how do you make it special than?

Even though we wouldn’t recommend this, you could expose your car to the light of the Japanese LED customisation subculture. This is what one 360 owner in Tokyo did, with his Ferrari now looking like a mid-engined LED billboard, advertising the colors of this unusual world.

From the classic add-on light shenanigans, such as under-vehicle LED strips of bumper-mounted elements, to the engine compartment or any other place you’d imagine, this V8 machine wears LED everywhere. And they’re as colored as a rainbow. Heck, they’ll even steal the show from a double rainbow

Then again, who are we to declare such a machine odd?

Come to think of it, Japan and Tokyo in particular, has a car culture including members who have a strong fetish for LED-ification of performance machines.

We’ve talked about Tokyo’s crazy LED Lamborghinis more than once, so we might be dealing with a Prancing Horse response here.

The Lambos in question have even been linked with Yakuza, the Japanese mafia, but, as you can imagine, we have ventured into the rather uncharted rumor territory here.

Returning to this all-lit horse, the 360 likes to spend its evening decorating the streets of Tokyo, but it doesn’t do this alone.
