Ferrari 612 Scaglietti Successor Sketch Is a Looker

Back in September, we brought you a sad story about the replacement of the Ferrari 612 Scaglietti, reporting that the vehicle could be a hybrid. Ferrari will probably take the decision to throw an electric model at the Grand Tourer, but the car isn’t expected to be unveiled until next year’s Geneva Auto Show.

After a little thinking, we decided that it’s unfair to keep a raining cloud over the future model’s head even before this is released. We’ll let the Prancing Horse take care of this.

This is why we chose to offer you a rendering of the car that would bring your mind to a meditative state. We started browsing the web for an old rendering that had been released before Ferrari started pronouncing the word “hybrid”.

We admit, the virtual creation doesn’t quite use the Ferrari family identity, but considering that the Italian automotive produce is planning to give new eco entity to the car, this shouldn’t be a problem. We have to mention that the hypercar was brought to the virtual life by sefsdesign.

The car comes with a sexy mouth that perfectly integrates the Ferrari logo and uses an interesting solution for the LED daytime running lights. The front fascia features an original shape for the air intakes and manages to offer a high-tech look for the fog lights.

The same type of styling cues is used for the sides of the car, which come with discreet air intakes. The exterior mirrors have an unusual raised position on the A-pillars. Actually, this is why we chose the project: because it manages to come with original solutions without taking things too far.
