We're talking about 18 carat solid gold, while there's also an LED in there. However, you won't be able to see the later, since it's covered with... a ruby. Then again, if you happen to be into white or rose gold and perhaps would take a diamond over a ruby on any given day, this can be arranged.
This is the work of Atelier Cara, a shop that's unsurprisingly based in Paris. The company doesn't just stick to the Manettino - as you'll be able to notice in the social media post below, you can also have the tips of your gearshift paddles in gold.

In fact, the company also seems to work on Lamborghinis, Bentleys and others (basically, any kind of machine whose price matches this kind of touches).
