Croatia's Rimac is busy getting its Concept_One EV supercar showcased in the Middle East. They're obviously hoping to attract some very rich costumers for their highly expensive vehicles.
Rimac probably found out that the best way to show off your vehicle's high performance is to put it next to a Ferrari, and that's exactly what they did. As expected, the EV had no trouble against the a Ferrari 458 Spider, leaving the Maranello-built sportscar far behind in a quick drag race.

It's not surprising at all considering the Concept_One's 1,073 hp and instant 1,180 lb-ft (1,600 Nm) of torque, but bear in mind that the Ferrari 458 Spider has only 562 hp coming from a 4.5-liter V8 engine.

The quiet supercar is also much more expensive than a Ferrari, Rimac asking at least €750,000 ($960,000) for one. The Middle East seems like the best place to go to.
