After the Italian car maker unveiled their most powerful car ever, the LaFerrari, last month, there are still questions on official performance numbers, such as the car’s top speed, max toque, weight and the classic 0-100 km/h (62 mph) acceleration time.
Ferrari is currently testing and fine tuning their flagship at the Fiorano test track, not far from the factory itself. Helping the automaker is F1 driver Fernando Alonso, who took some time from his busy schedule to come to the track to test and improve the LaFerrari.
Lately he worked on adjusting the driving position, the location of controls and on tuning the car’s performance on the track.
For now, LaFerrari’s specs feature a hybrid V-12 engine that produces an excess of 950 hp and more than 895 Nm (660 lb-ft) of torque. Zero to 100 km/h (62 mph) acceleration time is under 3 seconds and the top speed is around 350 km/h (217 mph).
