Feast Your Eyes on the Extravagant Open-Spaces of Celebrity Beyond Cruise Ship

Celebrity Cruises announced the addition of a new ship that will be launched in April 2022. Celebrity Beyond is the 15th ship in the company’s fleet and the third in their Edge Series, which is the most lavish of all their ranges. The 1,073 ft- (327 meters) long cruise ship is designed to welcome 3,260 passengers and travel at a speed of 22 knots.

Compared to the previous models in the range, Celebrity Beyond has an even longer silhouette, in order for guests on board to be able to enjoy extended open-air spaces.

One of them is the Rooftop Garden, one of the largest of its kind, which allows guests to get a unique view of the sea. Thanks to the ship’s innovative design, the view is almost unobstructed. Imagine swimming in a luxurious pool right above the water and feeling closer to the sea than ever before.

Then, there’s the aptly-named Magic Carpet, a surprising entertainment space that is built as a floating platform that travels up to the 13th floor, like an elevator. This is the place where people on board can enjoy live music performances and a full bar, while admiring the continuously changing view, as the Magic Carpet takes them higher and higher.

These lavish outdoor spaces are not the only ones that make Celebrity Beyond such an extravagant ship. A walk through the Grand Plaza will remind you of the Italian piazzas, with carefully-designed seating areas and ambient lighting that changes from day to night. Or, you could switch from Italy to Las Vegas, by visiting the opulent on board casino.

Celebrity Beyond’s first itinerary will be a Western European cruise, followed by 16 other trips across the Mediterranean and Caribbean.
