Speaking of which, the blown 6.2-liter HEMI now delivers around 750 hp to the rear wheels. It was also dynoed before being modified, showing 643 rwhp, so we're talking about a decent upgrade here.
The extra muscle was achieved thanks to a supercharger pulley upgrade, an ECU remap and a breakfast consisting of 93-octane gas. As for those grippy drag radials at the rear, these are on the house.
The quarter mile difference the tuning has made
For the record, in factory stock form, this Charger Hellcat's best quarter mile time sat at 10.808.
Nevertheless, it does seem like the Dodge needs a bit more tweaking before a perfect setup is achieved and you'll see what we mean when the car gets to the burnout part before the runs. Still, it's nice to see people doing their best to take the Hellcat badge further and further.
