Fast Nurburgring Drive Goes Badly Wrong for BMW 1-Series Driver

You take a real chance, taking your bog-standard road car onto the Nurburgring Nordschleife. You think you know, it but you`ve only done a few laps prior, all of which were on a PS3. You think you know your car, but you`ve never actually properly taken it around a corner.
This BMW 1-Series driver was clearly willing to take that chance, and he took what appears to be a non-M 1-Series BMW (we tested the newer generation of the car thoroughly, here), around the ‘Ring. The driver does a good job, and even manages to pass a larger and faster 6-Series BMW. However, shortly after passing the larger BMW, the 1-Series driver loses control, the car twitches, and it hits the guard rail at full speed.

It jumps into the air, and once it lands, the chassis looks to have been bent, as not all wheels are touching the ground. This is a sign that the impact was indeed extremely powerful, not that anybody needed confirmation after the amount of air time the 1-Series got in the crash!
