Fast & Furious Actor Paul Walker Killed in Car Crash

Fast & Furious actor Paul Walker died yesterday in a car crash that occurred in Santa Clarita, California. According to TMZ, Paul was a passenger in a Porsche Carrera GT that hit a pole or a tree before bursting into flames.
The supercar was reportedly driven by former racing driver Roger Rodas, who was also CEO of Always Evolving, a car tuning shop in Santa Clarita. Both Walker and Rodas were pronounced dead at the scene. The death has been confirmed on the actor's Facebook page.

"It is with a truly heavy heart that we must confirm that Paul Walker passed away today in a tragic car accident while attending a charity event for his organization Reach Out Worldwide. He was a passenger in a friend's car, in which both lost their lives. We appreciate your patience as we too are stunned and saddened beyond belief by this news. 40-year-old Walker was known for starring in The Fast and the Furious franchise as Brian O'Connor, including the sixth film which was released earlier this year. Walker was supposed to star in Fast & Furious 7, due next year, as well. Walker's acting career debuted in 1986 and includes some 32 films, including Varsity Blues, Eight Below and Into the Blue.
