Sadly, it has become impossible for car aficionados to enjoy the Fast And Furious franchise, with each new movie getting further and further away from the strong automotive aroma of the original and adding extra cheese to the plot. Of course, this deprives us of the pleasure that would result from seeing contemporary machines engaged in the action, but the 2020 Toyota Supra rendering we have here might be ready to save the say.
This Mk V Supra has been gifted with the livery of the Mk IV that gave that Ferrari a run for its money in the original F&F. Of course, we're dealing with a pixel play, but there's more to this render than meets the eye.

For one thing, the image comes from Tra Kioto, the company that offers infamous body kits such as Pandem and Rocket Bunny. In fact, the first widebody pack is present on the car and we have to admit it does take the machine pretty far from the factory look.

As such, Kei Miura, the man who runs the Japanese aftermarket show mentioned above, could always decided to build this, perhaps in time for this year'e edition of SEMA, which kicks off on November 5.

Meanwhile in the real world, we've already been treated to a Pandem 2020 Supra, as we discussed last month.

And as far as the tech side is concerned, the Internet seems to be over the 2JZ swaps that were here before the car even reached its owners, while modding the BMW-sourced B58 factory motor of the new Supra to hell and back seems to be the name of the game these days.

When it comes to the drag strip, the 2020 Toyota Supra is now a mid-11s car. But make no mistake, the race to the 10s arena (and well beyond) is on.
