We all know that Mark Zuckerberg is quite a strange character, most tech geniuses are, but he still manages to impress us. This time around it’s not with what he invented , nor with his $24.5 billion but with what he actually does with all that money.
It seems that even though he is probably one of the richest people alive, he is still a very down to earth person. Not only is he among the most philanthropic CEOs in the world, he even wears the simplest of clothes and actually drives a pretty affordable car. Instead of going for a Lamborghini, a Jaguar or a Porsche, he opted for a German car, the Golf GTI.

Yes, it’s the truth. According to the Wall Street Journal, he is more than content with driving his black Golf to work everyday rather than having a driver in a limousine take him everywhere. So, we can say for a fact that he is one of those people that haven’t been changed by money and still knows how to enjoy the simplest things in life, like driving to work.

Props to Mark Zuckerberg for cruising around in his cool $30,000-ish Golf GTI with a manual and enjoying the things that matter.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
