Experience BMW at the 2014 Detroit Auto Show

Yesterday, amid a lot of camera flashes and press badges, if you looked carefully enough, you could spot the BMW M3, M4 and M235i making their world debut on the BMW Stand in Detroit. It was crowded and filled with curious press people but today we get to look at the two from the front seat.

Immediately after the press release, the Germans posted a video of the 3 cars on their Youtube channel, to make sure nobody missed a thing. The introductions were done by Dr. Ian Robertson, the Sales and Marketing Chief over at the BMW Group and Dr. Herbert Diess, Member of the Board of Management of BMW AG.

A special guest appearance was done by Mr. Ludwig Willisch, the BMW North America CEO, the former president of BMW’s M division.

The M3 and M4 will, once again, rewrite the rules in their segments taking on cars such as the upcoming Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG and the Audi RS4 from Germany and rather new opponents like the Lexus RC F and Cadillac ATS-V from the rest of the world.
