This is Serbia's supercar, actually a 3D rendering coming from an artist named Nikola Novak who calls the car Exona.
As we were saying, you're right about the Exona looking like a Ferrari - the artist wanted to combine elements from multiple Prancing Horse models, so we've got, for example, the wheelbase from the 458 Italia.
What's more striking is the resemblance to the Enzo and this is because the front and the rear of this supercar concept are inspired from those of the defunct Ferrari flagship model.
While the Enzo is not too far from getting a new generation, there are no info about production intentions for the Exona.
