As YouTube has become a big thing in our daily lives over the past decade or so, we've had the chance to witness quite a few well known vloggers getting involved in active racing. Well, talking about ex-F1 driver Nico Rosberg, things are the other way around.
The 35-year old racing driver from Germany, who unsurprisingly has got some Finnish blood in his veins too, started competing at the age of 6, way before YouTube was even in the planning phase. 15 years later Nico would make his Formula 1 debut with Williams, where he only achieved two podium finishes, in 2008.

A transfer to Mercedes would see him at the height of his F1 venture, where he secure 2nd place overall in the series in both 2014 and 2015, as Lewis Hamilton managed to win the title two consecutive times.

Nico Rosberg managed to make his way into the hall fame of drivers that have won the F1 Championship in 2016, and later announced his official retirement from racing.

These days it looks like he's having a lot of fun, and his most recent feat shows him getting behind the wheel of a Mamba Green Metallic Porsche Taycan Turbo S - a fitting color for a car he's about to drive around the Green Hell.

Nico starts off by reminding us of the mind-blowing capabilities of the Taycan Turbo, with its 2.8 seconds acceleration time to 100 kph (62 mph), 9.6 seconds to the 200 kph (124 mph) mark, or with its 1050 Nm of torque that is bound to push you hard into the eco-friendly upholstery of the Taycan's seats.

He then proceeds to do a magic trio including a hot lap around the Nurburgring F1 track, racing around the Nordschleife, and back to a sideways approach to the F1 track. Although the track seems to be pretty wet, I think we can all agree we'd love to have a go as well.
