Coda is an EV manufacturer which uses Chinese parts imported from China to make its Mitsubishi-based sedan. The company is based in Los Angeles and has only recently launched its first ever model, two months behind schedule.
However, according to an IBM-led survey, Coda fits into a category of “GOOD” companies, along with 40 other enterprises. The choice was made based on companies’ innovations, their emphasis and the level environmental protection they are aiming for. This will definitely give them a boost they so needed, being a young company, the future is uncertain, and being called "GOOD" by IBM is definitely something to brag about.
According to the study, Coda is a medium-sized company, with between 100 to 1000 workers. Apparently, the L.A.-based manufacturer has proved that their policies are sustainable and their management is definitely top-notch, a definite requirement for such an award to be granted.
