The Frankfurt Auto Show was the birth scene of a new brand which comes from the UK and uses the Eterniti name. The company promised the (auto) world ahead of its debut, telling us that it will bring the world's first super-SUV to the German event. What did we actually receive? The Hemera, a car that hasn't been developed from scratch, but is based on the Porsche Cayenne.
However, Eterniti seems determined to really bring something new to the market and has now offered us a teases of what it claims will be its future supercar.
In addition to that, the company announced that the upcoming supercar will come with its dedicated motorsport series that will allow customers to become some sort of 21st century gentlemen drivers. Eterniti also said something about developing a larger SUV, which will be a derivative of the Hemera.
We really don't want to be mean, but did you notice how much the new-born British carmaker's name resembles that of Infiniti (spelling and concept)?
Since the company's head of engineering is Alastair Macqueen, the man who helped the Jaguar XJ220 come to life and is a Le Mans winner, and Eterniti also has F1 driver Johnny Herbert on its side, we'll give it some credit.
Let's just hope we don't get a tuned McLaren MP4-12C or something like that...
