Essen 2013: TechArt Porsche 911 Turbo

As far as supercars go, you could say that the Ferrari or McLaren have the coolest new models of 2013 or you could realize that Porsche's new 911 Turbo is every car you'll ever need… until the next one comes out at least.

As cool as the new Turbo is, German tuners TechArt have managed to make it even cooler with their sexy body kit that was revealed today at the Essen Motor Show.

TechArt combined a new front spoiler, a fixed rear spoiler, a roof spoiler and rear diffuser trim for a nice look that doesn't stray too far from what Porsche envisioned. The rims are brand new 21-inch TechArt Formula IV light-alloy with a split 5-spoke design. You can also have them in a 20-inch size.

The car on display in Essen combines three distinctive colors: white, meteor gray and azure blue. The same theme is carried over to the interior, together with plenty of new trim pieces made from carbon fiber.

We haven't heard of any power upgrade yet, but a TechArt sports exhaust has been fitted and should provide at least 10 extra hp.
