Essen 2011: Brabus Mercedes M-Class

Mercedes specialist tuner Brabus has a couple of interesting new packages making their debut at the 2011 Essen Motor Show, and thanks to Justin form JustinsSupercars, we can now bring you video footage of what the German tuner has done to the brand new M-Class.
On the cosmetics front, Brabus has decide to offer a lowering module for the models fitted with AIRMATIC air suspension, which brings the vehicle down by 30-40 mm, while SUVs fitted with a regular suspension can be slammed by a full 30 mm via new coils.

The changes to the outside are subtle and refined: a body kit made up of Pur-R-Rim plastic that enhances the look that’s already there. Brabus also offers a fresh set of wheels for the new M, sized between 18 and 22 inches.

On the performance front, the ML 350 BluTEC you see here has been boosted from 258 hp to 306 horsepower via the Eco PowerXtra D6S performance kit.

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
