An undercover agent in Russia got very angry with a van that changed lanes too quickly and cut him off.
The scene was captured by a dash cam from a car that was driving behind the two protagonists just at the exiting of an underground tunnel, where, despite the continuous line divider, people were changing lanes with no consideration whatsoever.
So we see the undercover police BMW 5 Series cruising along, minding its own business, when suddenly, a van pulled from the middle lane right in front of him. As soon as the lane divider on the middle of the road ended, the cop accelerated and overtook the van, then pulled over in front of it and braked hard to a complete stop.
Visibly enraged, he got out of his car and started (probably, as the angle of the vehicle hides the cop) hitting the white van to teach the driver a lesson.
