Imitating the appearance of a dangerous creature is a common survival technique in the animal kingdom - the automotive tuning world also uses this technique, allowing certain vehicles to become much more menacing than their producers intended them to be.
One example would be the ENCO Audi Q5: the tuning house has gifted the SUV with a body kit that resembles the one installed on the Q7 V12 TDI - the 500HP, 1,000 Nm monster.
At the front of the Q5, the German tuner has fitted a bespoke bumper that incorporates large blackened air inlets and LED daytime running lights. Looking at the upper front section, we see a new hood featuring an elevated mid section and a set of chromed air outlets. Moving to the sides of the SUV, we find a set of mudguards and door extensions. At the rear of the Vehicle, ENCO has installed a new bumper that houses 2 V12 TDI oval pipes and has placed a spoiler above the windscreen. The complete body kit can be yours for 4,165 euro ($5,696), but you’ll probably want to have it installed and painted, so you’ll also have to pay 1,190 euro ($1627) and 1488 euro ($2035) respectively.
The ENCO Q5 rides on a set of monoblock 22 inch Jura rims, which are wrapped in 285/30 Pirelli Scorpion Zero tires and can optionally be painted in a wide range of colors. These retail for 4,641 euro ($6,347). In addition to that, the car’s suspension has been lowered (the kit costs 595 euro - $ 814).
The SUV’s passengers will enjoy multiple bespoke elements that come in a carbon finish. The interior package has a price of 1,428 euro ($1953).
